All our bulk pork pricing includes vacuum-sealed packaging, and is cut to your specifications. We provide the cut sheet for you to choose what kind of cuts you would like, how thick, pounds per package, etc. Wait times can be several weeks to several months for bulk orders. Please inquire if you would like to know to current wait time.

Prices are based on hot hanging carcass weight.
Pork typically ranges from 230-260 pounds hanging weight.
 
Half pig is $5.80/lb
 
Pricing includes the cutting of the pork, vacuum-sealed packaging, custom sausages and smoking for your desired cuts. Everything is included in one price so there is no other cost to you.
 
A deposit is required for bulk orders to hold your spot. Please inquire with us regarding wait times. It can be a few weeks to a few months, depending on how many orders we have at that time. Deposits are non-refundable but can be moved to a later time slot if requested.
 
Once the pork is shipped and we know the hanging weight, we will send you the final invoice with correct pricing and schedule a pick-up day and time. Invoice balance due at pick-up.
