All our beef pricing for large orders includes vacuum-sealed packaging and is cut to your specific needs. We provide the cut sheet for you to choose what kind of cuts you would like, how thick, pounds per package, etc.

Our beef typically ranges from 700-950 pounds hanging weight.
Prices are based on hot hanging weight.
Quarter of a beef $7.50 per pound.
 
A deposit is required for bulk orders to hold your spot. Please inquire with us regarding wait times. It can be a few weeks to a few months, depending on how many orders we have at that time. Deposits are non-refundable but can be moved to another time if requested.
 
Once the beef is shipped and we know the hanging weight, we will send you the final invoice with correct pricing and schedule a pick-up day and time. Invoice balance due at pick-up.
