Grass fed and grain finished. 

Our 2027 price for mixed quarter beef is $8.50/lb based on carcass hanging weigh. It includes cuts from the front and hind end.

Price also includes:

-Custom cut to your specifications based off our cut sheet options

-Vacuum-sealed packaging 

-Delivered to your door (If you don't want to pick up at the farm and are in our delivery areas. Some areas we only travel to during Spring to Fall months)

Our beef typically ranges from 700-950+ pounds hanging weight.

A deposit is required for bulk orders to hold your spot. Please inquire with us regarding wait times. It can be a few weeks to a few months, depending on how many orders we have at that time. Deposits are non-refundable but can be moved to another time if requested.

Once the beef is shipped and we know the hanging weight, we will send you the final invoice with correct pricing and schedule a pick-up day and time. Invoice balance due at pick-up.
